I am having an accessory building put in and the city made me get a land survey. I found Trinity Land Survey on Angie’s list. They were by FAR the most reasonably priced company that reached out to me after my inquiry. They explained everything in detail to me on the phone amd came out 2 days later and did my survey. 2 days later I had the complete survey emailed to me. Everyone else told me it would cost well over a $1,000 and it would take 10-12 days to complete. I am beyond pleased with their service, the surveyor himself was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company for your survey needs. You will not be disappointed and you will want to recommend them too once they finish.

Michael was incredibly personable and professional. I was able to meet him to discuss the project and he politely answered all of my questions. The property had been in the family for decades and had not been surveyed in quite awhile, so some of the "markers" were not easily located. None-the-less, Michael took the time, even visiting the property more than once, in order to be thorough and precise. I am extremely impressed with his diligence and professionalism.
